This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W911XK-07-T-0104 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorpo rated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-16, dated 22 Mar 2007. Contractor is required to complete all work within 45 days of contract award. Type of contract will be firm fixed price.
