- Description
- The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) in Sacramento, CA intends to issue a sole source award using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures for 1632 387 ML bottles and 2010 982 ML bottles of CheckMate OLR-F pheromone to be used in Light Brown Apple Moth emergency to Suterra LLC located in Bend, OR. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Numbered Note 22 applies.
