Description

The Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt, Administrative Resource Center (ARC) intends to make a sole source award to Pioneer Network Inc., 1406 York Road, STE 202, Lutherville, MD 21093-6013. The sole source determination is made in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Pioneer Network Inc. is the only authorized reseller/installer for CenterCore brand office furniture in West Virginia. The upgrades and installation are an integral apart of the requirement and, as the only authorized reseller, award must be made to Pioneer Network, Inc. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered as a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response. Public Debt will consider written responses received no later than 2:00 p.m. EST August 9, 2007 and must include sufficient evidence that clearly shows the vendor is a certified installer of CenterCore brand office furniture and can propose on the open market portion of this requirement. If no written response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to Pioneer Network Inc. No telephone inquires will be accepted.
