Answer: The Government decision to exercise or not exercise an option year is at the Government?s discretion. 2. Can a company with GSA Schedule 541-4D Conference, Events and Tradeshow Planning Services (a small business vehicle) bid on this opportunity even if they have outgrown the small business classification but still have this small business vehicle? Answer: No. 3. Is this a follow-on activity or a new requirement? Answer: This is a new requirement.
