Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC San Diego), intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) of Carnegie Mellon University, 4500 5th Avenue, Pittsburgh PA 15213-2612. This procurement is for a 5-day training course (Mastering Process Improvement) on the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), a model to guide process improvement. SEI possesses a standing trademark on the delivery of this course. Award shall be made in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a Request for Quotation will not be issued.
