- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, and supplemental information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quota tions are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The reference number for this effort is W912ES-07-T-0079 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The provisions and clauses incorporated into thi s solicitation document are those in effect at the time of publication. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. (vi)Items to be supplied under this purchase order consist of the following: The offeror shall be certified by the state of Minnesota or Wisconsin for the parameters requested to conduct chemical, biological and physical analysis of sediment samples collected by St. Paul District personnel from maintenance dredging sites on the Mississippi River. (vii) The completion date for the service is 28 September 2007, to be delivered to U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, CEMVP-ED-H, ATTN: JIM NOREN, 190 5TH ST. EAST, SUITE 401, ST. PAUL MN 55101-1638 (viii)The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commer cial Items, applies to this solicitation. (ix)(x) The provisions at 52.212-3 Alt.
