(vi)Items to be supplied under this purchase order consist of the following: The offeror shall be certified by the state of Minnesota or Wisconsin for the parameters requested to conduct chemical, biological and physical analysis of sediment samples collected by St. Paul District personnel from maintenance dredging sites on the Mississippi River. (vii) The completion date for the service is 28 September 2007, to be delivered to U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, CEMVP-ED-H, ATTN: JIM NOREN, 190 5TH ST. EAST, SUITE 401, ST.
