DESC: 3040-01-046-4249, Part Number 10554687, The item to procure is a Worm Shaft MADE FROM WIRE, STEEL, CORROSION RESISTING, UNS S30300 OR S30323, COND A, PER ASTM A-581. THE PART IS 2.39 INCHES LONG WITH MAX O.D. 0.687 INCHES, CLEANED AND PASSIVA TED PER DRAWING REQUIREMENTS. Requirements are 500 minimum guaranteed quantity, Worm Shaft - award will result in a 5 year Indefinate Delivery Indefinate Quantity type contract. FOB is destination. For use on the Howitzer, M198, M155. Estimated issue da te is 08/17/2007. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
