- Beale Air Force Base has a requirement to procure one (1) each Portable Spectrum Analyzer. Specific details are outlined in the request for Quote. This solicitation is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. If there is an after hour point of contact, please include in quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515. The small business size standard for this contract is 500 employees. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Paper copies will not be available.
