- Barksdale AFB, Louisiana has a requirement for the following: 1) Hastings Counterflo Indirect Fired Heater (Model-CF-85G/R-33616); 2) Hastings Counterflo Indirect Fired Heater (Model ? CF-85G/R-33617); and 3) Installation. This is a small business set-aside. If there is not an offer received from a small business, the set-aside for small business will be dissolved and the acquisition will be open to all responsive bidders. This acquisition will not be reposted to EPS if set-aside is dissolved full and open competition. PAPER COPIES OF ATTACHED SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
