Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propos als are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number: W9114F-07-T-0185 issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Fed eral Acquisition Circular 2005-07. (iv) Not a set-aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 339112 (v) The Europe Regional Contracting Office has a requirement to purchase the following items: Descripti on of requirements for the items to be acquired: CLIN 0001 Quantity 9 each Foot Switch #E6009, CLIN 0002 Quantity 9 Force FX-C Generator #FORCEFXC, CLIN 0003 Quantity 9 Lectro-Adapter #E05021, CLIN 0004 Standard Foot Switch #E6008, CLIN 0005 Quantity 9 Universal Cart #UC8009 . (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Electrical Requirements 230V/50Hz; 2 copies each of Operator and Maintenance/Service Manuals in English Language; Display, Control Labels and ALL Software Version Copies must be in English Language for operating and subsystem components.
