Description
The purpose of this modification is to provide questions and answers. Items 0001AA, 0001AB, 0001AE, 0001AF, and 0001AG Questions: Are housings required? Are pins required? If housings are required; what are the material requirements for the housing and is there a preference for cable strain relief? Response: Housings are required. Pins are required. Plastic housings. No Preference on cable strain relief. Items 0001AP, 0001AQ, 0001AR, 0001AS, 0001AT, and 0001AU Questions: Do you require Riser (CMR) or Plenum (CMP) rated cable? Do you require CAT5e or CAT5e Enhanced cable? Response: Riser or Plenum not required. CAT5e cable requested. Item 0001AX Questions: Do you require MIL TYPE RG58C/U or a different RG58 specification? If a different specification is required please specify the gauge, conductor type, shielding required, and jacket required. Response: MIL TYPE RG58C/U is acceptable. Item 0001BD and 0001BJ Questions: Do you require inline couplers or Jack style couplers? Response: Jack style couplers. Item 0001BH Questions: What type of cable is this going to be used on? Response: Coaxial. Item 0001CG Questions: What type of connector (F-Type, RCA, BNC, or Other)? What is the desired method of termination (Crimp, Compression, or Other)? Response: BNC Crimp.
