Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F9GGGA7172A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federa l Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 339999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicita tion; 0001 - The Riflemans kits are needed for Security Forces to conduct their homeland defense mission. The below parts and associated parts meet all USAF Security Forces requirements. Part#: RIFLEMAN MODULE, 58 KITS, Color: Olive Drab Green, Descript ion Modified Rifleman Module, DF-LCS (Load Carriage System). Each one of the fifty-eight kits needs to contain the following items: H-GEAR Qty. 1, M-4 TRIPLE MAG POUCH Qty. 2, SINGLE FRAG GRENADE POUCH Qty. 2, 1 QT CANTEEN/GP POUCH Qty. 2, ALICE Adaptor Q ty. 1, M4 MAG POUCH-DOUBLE Qty. 4 MEDICAL POUCH/BLEEDER CONTROL Qty. 1, HYDRATION POUCH Qty. 1 PROTECTIVE INSERT FOR CTP-1L Qty. 1, RADIO POUCH-MBITR Qty. 1 M-9 SINGLE FLAT MAG POUCH Qty. 3, OR EQUAL. Items should be shipped 30 Days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to 174th FW, Syracuse, NY 13211. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provisio n at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items , and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal.
