- Project QJKL 05-0066, Joint Use Small Arms Range (Re-Design), consists of (but is not limited to) providing all necessary site work, soil remediation and removal, gates and fencing, utilities, landscaping, and an all steel bullet trap. All work is to be done in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. The estimated magnitude of acquisition is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The performance period is 270 calendar days (150 days for submittal approvals and material ordering, and 120 days for actual on-site performance). The NAICS code is 236220, and the small business size standard is $31 million/year. This acquisition is being solicited pursuant to FAR 19.10, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be evaluated as per the criteria identified in the Request for Proposal. The solicitation will be available on or about 10 August 2007. The solicitation and wage rates will be posted at this website http://www.fedbizopps.gov, or a CD-Rom containing the entire solicitation package including specifications and drawings is available by email or fax request, to the individual identified herein. Telephone requests will not be honored. Plans and specifications will also be available for examination without charge at the Contracting Office identified upon request and coordination with the assigned Contract Specialist. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive award of a contract from a DOD activity. Contractors may access the site at http://www.ccr.gov to register.
