Description: ***Due to the DECA (Defense Economic Cooperation Agreement) the U.S. Government has established with the Turkish Government, this requirement is strictly set aside for Turkish vendors.*** THIS IS A PLANNING REQUIREMENT THAT IS PENDING FY 2008 FUNDING. Proposals are being requested for the following: Provide Security Guard Services in Eskisehir, Turkey. The solicitation number is FA5685-07-R-0044.
