Description

Request for Quotation (RFQ), Q6340070005, to stabilize the St. Francis Hotel at Nicodemus National Historic Site, Bogue, Kansas. Provide labor and material to stabilize the St. Francis Hotel structure to include removing loose and failed stucco, filling masonry voids and applying new stucco finish in areas where stucco is removed. Install roof flashing and temporary wall covering. Also clean, prepare, seal and paint exterior surfaces. Estimated cost range: $25,000-$100,000. NAICS code is 236220. An award will be made in accordance with Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and set aside for a small business. The RFQ with attachments will be issued electronically at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 7, 2007. No hard copies will be mailed or issued. A site visit is highly recommended. The Davis-Bacon Act will apply. Prospective offerors must register on Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and on Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov in order to receive awards from federal agencies.
