Description

Wind Cave National Park has a requirement for deepening existing well #2 to the bottom of the Deadwood formation, isolate the portion of the deepened drill hole in the Deadwood fromation from the upper portion of the well, and test pump the portion of the well located in the Deadwood formation to determine water quantity and quality. Contractor will be required to submit proposed method of well construction products to be used, methods of isolation of portions of well, type of drilling equipment used, drilling mud and plan of use , if proposed, well casing, method of disinfection, method of development, water testing lab used. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS Code is 237110, P&S Z245. This project is subject to Public Law 100-656 The Small Business Competitiveness Demponstration Program and is open to Large and Small Businesses alike. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITAITON WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This solicitation will be available ONLY! at the DOI Website (http://ideasec.nbc.gov) O/A August 7, 2007 and unless amendedments are issued extending the solicitation the offers are due in this office on September 6, 2007 at 2:00 PM MT.
