- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) W15P7T-07-Q-D264 The U.S. Army intends to procure the following Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) items: Description Quantity Delivery PVS-7 GEN III SINGLE 8 EACH 90 DAYS TUBE HIGH The above equipment must be In accordance with the specifications provided below: SPECIFICATIONS: AN/PVS-7D Night Vision Goggle with head mount assembly FOM GEN III includes carrying case and Operators Manual Shipments are to be FOB Origin.
