- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Telecommunication and Information Systems Command (TISCOM) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, offer(s) are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates all provisions and clauses through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 423690 with size 100 employees. It is contemplated that award shall be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is for 1) Motorola HKN6155A, XTL-5000 Programming Cable, 30 each 2) Motorola RKN4046A, Dual Saber/XTS-3000 Programming Cable, 30 each 3) Motorola RKN4105A, XTS-5000 Programming Cable, 30 each 4) Motorola 3080369B72, PC to RIB Programming Cable, 10 each 5) Motorola YKN4242B, Astro Spectra Rear Head Control Cable, 10 each 6)Motorola RVN4186W, CPS & Tuner, 75 each 7) Motorola RVN4184U, CPS & Tuner, 10 each 8) WPLN4108 IMPRES Multi Unit Charger w/Conditioning, 30 each. This is the only equipment that will meet the government??s requirements without impacting program schedules and/or functionality of equipment. No specifications, drawings or schematics are available and no equal or alternate part numbers shall be accepted.
