Description
This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract with option years for a Petroleum Testing Kit applicable to standardized Air Force laboratory equipment. This acquisition is for NSN: 6630-00-222-3539, part number: PD07WRGBZOENI12. The petroleum tester is used to rate the tendencies of gas turbine fuels to deposit decomposition products within the fuel system. Dimensions are as follows: Width = 20", Depth = 22", Height = 30". This requirement will be set-aside 100% for small businesses. It will require a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Manual and Associated Supplemental Data. The basic quantity is for 12 EA. The requirement also includes 4 option years each with a quantity of 1-5 EA. All assets will be shipped FOB Origin. Offerors shall prepare their quotes in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), and will evaluate quotes and make award in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFQ. OFFERORS ARE STRONLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW THEIR DATA FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It is anticipated that the RFQ will be released on or around 20 July 2007. The RFQ will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities webpage (http://www.fbo.gov/ ). NO HARD COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. The technical data required to respond to the RFQ may be obtained at the FEDTEDS webpage (https://www.fedteds.gov/). All vendors are required to register via FEDTEDS for an account in order to access the technical data. For vendor assistance or problems with the FEDTEDS webpage, 1-866-618-5988 or mailto:cscassig@ogden.disa.mil. Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement.
