Description

The work consists of resurfacing approximately 4.85 miles of Bear Ridge Road, Road Number 3-7-32.1 with crushed aggregate. Work includes preparation of existing road surface (rip, grade, and roll), hauling, placing, and processing of crushed aggregate to produce a compacted four (4") inch lift of rock on the running surface including curve widening, and turnouts. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 237310. Project site is located in Tillamook County, Salem District, Oregon. Estimated start work is July 8, 2008 and performance time is 90 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%.
