- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific intends to procure Modular Carpet Tile (2,080 square yards) Milliken Pattern #6340 Midnight Sparkle Collection brand name or equal utilizing a Firm-Fixed-Price type Purchase Order on a Full and Open Competition basis. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Tracy, California within 60 days after award of a Purchase Order. Specific modular carpet tile specifications will be included in Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-07-T-1018. Award of the RFQ will be based on the lowest price quote that meets the government?s requirements. The RFQ will be issued and posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 27 July, 2007 to close 30 days after the RFQ issue date. Anticipated award date is 15 September 2007. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
