- *****IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT GLENDA MORGAN FOR TECHNICAL QUESTION, QUOTES, OR ANY INFORMATION CONCERNING THIS SOLICITATION****** NASA/MSFC has a requirement for 1 each of a Aero-90 system w/1 LTC 2 DSSC, 1 Control Station 1-License, 2 each of a AERO-90 system w/LTC, 1 DSSC, 1 Control Station Licenses and 2 each of a AERO-90 LT System Licenses. The ME&S agreement is a software support plan that covers specific MTS software packages. NASA/MSFC intends to purchase the items from MTS Systems Corporation. MTS Systems Corporation is the manufacturer of the Aero-90 family of load control systems. All of the associated hardware and software are proprietary, and are therefore supported only by MTS Systems Corporation. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:30 p.m. local time on July 20, 2007. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
