- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED WAREHOUSE FORT LAUDERDALE AIRPORT AREA, FLORIDA Requirement: United States Government is seeking to lease a total of 5,500 ? 6,000 square feet of warehouse space. Location: Fort Lauderdale Airport within the following boundaries: East: 1-95, South: Sterling Road; North: Griffin Road; West: Park Road. Lease Term: Five (5) years, two years firm. Occupancy: Space must be ready for Government occupancy as soon as possible. Expressions of interest should include the following: Building name, square footage of space offered, common area factor and a rough layout of the space.
