Description

Lemhi Roads TMDL: Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, material, equipment and supplies necessary to complete road surfacing and road improvements, construction/replacement of culverts and other features, and seeding. The work is divided into four schedules and each schedule consists of three parts: road surfacing and road improvements, construction/replacement of culverts and other features, and seeding. The work will take place on 7 roads in the Lemhi River Watershed in the Salmon and Leadore Counties, Idaho. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This project is a 100% HUBZone set-aside. The anticipated period of performance is 240 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance bonds - 100% of the contract price. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Bidders will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their bids. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about August 2, 2007. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation, and register or update their registration at the Online Representation and Certification Application website at http://orca.bpn.gov.
