- FISC Norfolk Contracts Dept Phila Office intends to purchase Dell servers ? PowerEdge 2950 (34 ea) and Windows CAL for CITRIX environment - on a brand name basis to insure compatibility with the current IT environment within the Navy Medicine Enterprise. The procurement shall be processed on a sole source basis to Dell Marketing, L.P. of Round Rock, TX, the manufacturer and sole owner of proprietary rights to this equipment. This acquisition is being processed using FAR Part 12 (Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Test Program for Certain Commercial Items) procedures. Any firm interested in this requirement should submit a technical capability statement to the above organization within 6 calendar days of this posting addressed to Code 280.3B or emailed to the email address included elsewhere in this synopsis. The government will not pay for any information submitted.
