- Description
- Project consists of repair of pavement on Forest Service roads on the Klamath National Forest, Siskiyou County, California. Items of work include, but are not limited to, grinding of existing asphalt surface in designated patch areas, placement and compacting ground pavement as additional base course or hauling it to a designated waste area, applying tack oil to edges of areas to be patched, placement of hot bituminous plant mix in pavement patches or at skin patches and performing crack and joint sealing of pavement over length of project road. Price range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Solicitation will require submission of technical as well as price proposal responding to the criteria as outlined in Sections L and M of the solicitation. Site visit may be held. If so, date and time will be specified in the solitication. Contract time is 50 calendar days with an estimated start date of September 1, 2007. Solicitation will be available for downloading from this website on or about July 30, 2007.
