SOLICITATION NO. 301817B041 PROJECT TITLE: Blue Trail Bridges, Sherburne County PROJECT LOCATION: U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge Zimmerman, Minnesota 55398 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project consists of furnishing and installing of two (2) pre-engineered bridges, one approximately 30 feet in length and the other approximately 50 feet in length. This work includes the following: Removing existing timber bridges, grading, excavation, concrete abutments (including design). ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $100,000 - $250,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 237310 Bridge Construction a size standard of $31 million dollars. The Solicitation Package will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideas.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about July 30, 2007. with a Bid Opening occurring on or about August 30, 2007, 2:00PM A hard copy of the Solicitation package will be made available upon written request and will include the following: An itemized Bid Schedule, Scope of Work, Drawings, and Prevailing Wage Determination. Please ensure you have a complete downloaded Solicitation Package before submitting your Bid and other requested supporting documents.
