Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propos als are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number: W9114F-05-T-0157 issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Fed eral Acquisition Circular 2005-07. (iv) Not a set-aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 339112 (v) The Europe Regional Contracting Office has a requirement to purchase the following items: Descripti on of requirements for the items to be acquired: CLIN 0001 Human Patient Simulator. TraumaMan System. Product No. TPP-10 Includes TraumaMan RTS allowance, maintenance & support, TraumaMan System body form, shipping and storage case, ventilator an d hose, user instructor guides, 220V, 50HZ PART NR: TPP-10 MFR: SIMULAB Quantity: 4 each (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Electrical Requirements 220V/50Hz; 2 copies each of Operator and Maintenance/Service Manuals in English Language; Display, Control Labels and ALL Software Version Copies must be in Engl ish Language for operating and subsystem components. (vii) The place(s) of delivery and acceptance will be U.S. Hospital Landstuhl, 66849 Landstuhl, Germany.
