Description: This is a notice for possible subcontracting opportunities only under the cited soicitation. Do not respond to the Contracting Officer. The NRCS has issued a sole source solicitation under the Small Business Act, Section 8(a) to Carter's Contracting Services, Inc. for rehabilitation of land at Camp Darby located on Fort Benning Military Base. Construction will include clearing and grubbing, pollution control, seeding and mulching, excavation and earthfill, diversions and waterways, installation of loose rock riprap, geotextile and erosion control blanket, construction surveys and contractor quality control.
