Description
The Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) has a requirement to contract for all necessary resources to provide Base Operations Support Services for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY. T he revised draft PWS will be posted on the week of 17 July 07 at http://www.usma.edu/doc/solic.htm. The A76 Competition was announced in Fedbizopps on 27 Sep 06. The NAICS code is 561210. West Point consists of approximately 16,068 acres and 952 bu ildings. This announcement is to conduct market research to identify potential qualified small business sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience necessary to meet the Army requirements necessary to provide and perform as prime c ontractors for a multifunctional requirement to provide Base Support Services - Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY. Small business concerns submitting responses should indicate the size of the company, a ny applicable preference program (8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, Veteran, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, revenue for last three years, relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back within the past three years and your company's capability to do this type of work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary expertise to compete for this acquisition. In the event of a Joint Venture, both entities must comply with the NAICS size standard and in the event of a small business se t-aside, the small business prime must comply with FAR 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting.
