- The announcement modification is for a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE for Photogrammetry, Surveying, Mapping, CADD, GIS, and related Engineering Services for various projects within the geographic boundaries of the Omaha District and the Northwestern Division. Solicitation announcement W9128F-07-R-0020 is modified to reflect the following: The paragraph numbered 1) under submission criteria is changed as follows: 1) Demonstrate the ability to complete projects under aggressive schedules for surveyin g and photogrammetry work requirements, Exhibit adequately qualified personnel in surveying, photogrammetry and related disciplines and provide resumes of those qualified personnel on staff that will be assigned to a resultant contract. Inclusion of resum e's of personnel not intended to work on this contract may be grounds for non-selection. If after submission of the proposal or after award of a contract, the proposed individuals are unable to fulfill the obligation of the solicitation, the proposed repl acements shall have similar or getter education and experience credentials. Those credentials shall be provided in writing to the Contracting Officer for review. If found acceptable, written acceptance of the substitution will be provided the selected fi rm or awarded firm. The last paragraph of the announcement addressing submission of the SF 330 is changed as follows: An original and two copies of the Completed SF 330 information, limited to 150 pages of print in 10 pt. font or larger, must reach the Co ntracting Division Offices no later than July 16, 2007.
