- Description
- The Master Solicitation, HTC711-07-R0007 has been prepositioned to procure domestic commercial airlift services. This document contains the terms and conditions that will govern future contracts for the transportation of DOD passengers, cargo, or a combination of two. The Master Solicitation standardizes contract provisions and permits carriers to submit their Certifications and Representations on a one time annual basis. Individual requirements will request domestic charter airlift from DOD approved air carriers, large and small, in an expedient electronic means. Apart from a few individual requirement details, the individual requests will merely reference the Master Solicitation. The solicitation will be released via the world wide web on or about 16 July 2007. Vendors can access the solicitation at www.fbo.gov.
