- AUTOBALANCE MACHINE DESC: TWO-PLANE, HARD-BEARING WITH PERMANENT CALIBRATION HORIZONTAL BALANCING MACHINE WITH CAB690 INSTRUMENTATION. Include the following: ? One (1) set of P/N X050854 Twin Roller Carriages with 7mm wide rollers for journal diameters of .30? to 2.0?. ? One (1) Axial Thrust Stop Assembly ? One (1) Axial Thrust Bearing Stand Kit, bed mounted. ? One (1) Safety Hold Down Assembly. ? One (1) Negative Load Bearing Assembly. ? Printer Documentation System consisting of: Printer Support Software; Printer Interface; Printer ? Index Balancing Software package- to compensate for unbalance and eccentricity errors of tooling arbors or end drive adapters. ? Averaging over runs and marking of measured values software used to indicate up to 30 runs simultaneously on the display screen and then perform an averaged value if required. ? Electronic Protractor- to aid in locating the angle of unbalance for correction, this system incorporates an encoder to provide direct indication on instrumentation when the unbalance location on the rotor is manually turned to a predetermined location. ? During Run-Up Measurement Software- to allow the operator to observe and monitor rotor behavior and plot the unbalance reading ? Rotor Specific Calibration Software- for calibrating in one or two planes throughout the entire speed range of the machine, designed specifically for the calibration of hard bearing machines for specific rotor configurations at different speed ranges of the machine. ? Two (2) Protruding Roller Carriages for F18 generator rotors. ? One (1) Bed-Mounted Machine Enclosure per ISO 7475 Class C-600. ? Commissioning of the machine consisting of the following: - Inspect the installation and ensure that the machine is installed properly. - Verify completeness of delivery. - Ensure proper power connection. - Check the machine calibration with a proving. - Recommend compliance with OSHA safety requirements. ? Operator training on the following topics: - Operator Manual - Proper machine setup - Control station operation - Instrumentation setup - Standard and optionally purchased instrumentation software features - Basic preventive maintenance practices
