Description: The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) plans to develop and outlease a 6 acre parcel at the VA Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio. Development of the real estate will be completed under VA's Enhanced-Use Lease authority granted under 38 USC §§ 8161-8169. VA plans to request proposals from interested parties, evaluate the responses, and award an enhanced use lease to the offeror proposing a best value solution to VA.
