Description: The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue Communication Service Authorizations to AT&T to lease connectivitiy for six 2.4 kbps circuits, which will support NAS (North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Alerting System) requirements in Hawaii, Germany and Alaska. Each circuit must continue to interface with the existing AT&T switches and equipment, which are proprietary to AT&T. This announcement is for information purposes only. NOTE 22 APPLIES.
