Description

Construction Services of a qualified, responsible, SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED firm having the capability, and capacity to furnish all equipment, tools, materials, labor, supervision and expertise for the "Inpatient Mental Health Renovation, Project 614-309 at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Memphis in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Work includes demolition and renovation of the first and second floor of the VA facility totaling approximately 31,590 square feet. Estimated construction cost range is between $5,000,000 -$10,000,000. NAICS is 541940. Estimated contract completion time is 545 days. This procurement is a 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS(SDVOSB) Setaside. Bids from businesses other than SDVOSB's will not be considered. All bidders must be registered in the CCR at http://www.ccr.gov. AND at VETBIZ - http:www.vetbiz.gov to be eligible for award. Award is subject to the availability of funds. Bid documents will be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov after July 12, 2007. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the fedbizopps website.
