Description: The Government is soliciting for contractors to provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, inventory control, transportation, incidental engineering and other items necessary to provide services for change of occupancy maintenance of military family housing and related services, painting and other services. These services shall be provided in Sasebo, Japan. The period of performance will be for a base year with four (4) option years. Award of this contract will be based on best value source selection.
