Description

his is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-07-T-0572. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-07. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 335929 and Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. The government intends to award a indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Purchase Order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to be delivered at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD for the following items: CLIN 0001 - BELDEN 88777 MULTIOCONDUCTOR CABLE, 500 FOOT SPOOLS - DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: PROVIDE BELDEN 88777 CABLE ON 500 FOOT SPOOLS AS NEEDED. TYPE 88102 IS TEFLON INSULATED, OVERALL SHIELDED, 150C FLUOROC OPOLYMER JACKETED AND RATED TO NEC ART. 800 TYPE CMP AND CSA PCC FT4/FT6. TYPE 88777 IS TEFLON INSULATED, INDIVIDUALLY SHIELDED, 200C TEFLON JACKETED AND RED TO NEC ART. 800 TPE CMP. 88777 IS ALSO RATED TO CSA PCC FT4/FT6. TYPE 88777 AWG (STRANDING): 22 (7 X 30). SPOOLS ARE TO BE ORDERED ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS. QUOTES SHOULD BE BASED ON PRICE OF EACH 500 FT. SPOOL and DELIVERY TIMES. The contract will be awarded to Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The technical evaluation will be a determ ination as to equality of the product and shall be based on information furnished by the vendor. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information, which is not identified in the quotation.
