- Description
- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation procurement and a total small business set-aside. The reference number for this procurement is HSTS01-07-R-HRM044. The scope of this procurement is to deliver a web-based and non-web-based employee assessment management system utilizing commercial off-the-shelf technology that shall provide TSA?s Office of Human Capital with the ability to create and edit assessment tests and is capable of providing sufficient bandwidth and storage capability to meet TSA?s testing requirements. The system shall also have the capability to interface with Oracle-based systems and to allow for the transfer of data to other third party software applications. The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the system, providing technical support, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner as specified by TSA. The Contractor shall be required to maintain data controls and protections as required by the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, and title 49, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 1520, as well as all applicable DHS and TSA information security requirements. TSA is exempt from the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and follows the Federal Aviation Administration?s Acquisition Management System (AMS).
