Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S Army Technology Applications Office has a requirement for the following Motorola equipment  Delivery is requested not later than 30 days after award. Item 0001, 100 each, 9501 Referbished Motorola Iridium Satelite Pager; Item 0002, 100 each F ollow-Me Paging Unlimited. Pricing must be FOB Destination. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. Responses must contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Request for Quotati on number is W904TE-07-Q-8001. The NAICS code is 517410 and the small business size requirement is $13.5 dollars. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items applies. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items applies. The cl ause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and the clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated on a basis of best value including cost, ability to deliver immediately after award, technical acceptance and performance risk assessment.
