- Regulator, Voltage. General Services Administration is intending to make a One-Time Purchase award for Uninterruptable power supply with fuse and electronic overload protection. This commercial acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The contractor is expected to provide the National Stock Number (NSN) 6110-01-450-4385 to the depot in Burlington, NJ in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Request for Quote that will be posted on or about 20 June 2007. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 335311 with size standard of 750. The delivery date is 30 days after receipt of order or sooner. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the Request for Quote (RFQ)package. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.fedbizopps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. It is incumbent upon interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates and or amendments to any/all documents posted in reference to this RFQ once posted. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code) and be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
