- Description
- The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base-NE,Quantico, Virginia intends to issue a sole source and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, for the primary mission of MSTP. The mission is to provide MAGTF training in the context of a Joint and Combined environment to improve the warfighting skills of senior commanders and their staffs. The period of performance is one year contract, and three option years. The vendor will possess all of the following experience as follows: 1.)Marine Service Component Commander, 2.) Marine Expeditionary Force Commanding General, 3.) Marine Division Commanding General, 4.) Experience on a Functional Component Staff as a Marine General Officer. The vendor will mentor Marine General Officers from Brigadier General through Lieutenant General, providing experience based guidance, observations, inputs, perspective, recommendations and feedback to Commanding Generals and their Staffs. Additionally, the vendor will lecture, brief, o bserve, monitor, attend, facilitate, provide feedback and otherwise contribute to government identified training events. The vendor must posses a TS level Security Clearance. Global travel is required.
