- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference no. N4019207RCA0005 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17 Effective 17June2007. Sic code 5021. NAICS code is 337214. A written proposal is requested to provide for systems office and workstation purchase and installation for NAVFAC Marianas, ROICC Andersen, Bldg. 155, Guam. The contractor shall provide the following supply and services: 1) Construct two high-wall systems furniture type offices for the KO and SGE, including desk, overhead storage, ergonomic keyboard, mixture of solid and clear panels, and two guest chairs; 2) Build systems furniture (high wall) separation wall between the Command ACQ File Storage Area and the SGE office area. This wall will be used for future expansion of this work space; 3) Install 3 staff size systems furniture cubicles in the Acquisition Area. Cubicles should be a mixture of high, medium and low walls to allow for day-lighting, overhead storage, and ergonomic keyboard; 4) Install 2 intern size systems furniture cubicles in the Acquisition Area. Cubicles should be a mixture of medium and low walls to allow for day-lighting, overhead storage, and ergonomic keyboard; 5) Install 9 staff size systems furniture cubicles in the Technical Area. Cubicles should be a mixture of high, medium and low walls to allow for open floor plan, overhead storage, and ergonomic keyboard; 6) Install 2 intern size systems furniture cubicles in the SGE Office Area. Cubicles should be a mixture of medium and low walls to allow for day-lighting, overhead stora ge, and ergonomic keyboard; 7) Install reception area desk, overhead s torage, overhead storage, and ergonomic keyboard; 8) Install 22 rotary letter-size filing cabinets, five tier, and 60 inches tall at various locations throughout Bldg. 155; 9) Provide 20 high back ergonomic office chairs; 10) Provide 30 mid/low back ergonomic training room chairs; 11) Provide 6 round pedestal mounted conference tables 48 inches in diameter. Deliver/Ship to Location: NCTS, ROICC Andersen Bldg. 155 , 55 Van Meter Street Guam. Required Delivery Date and Installation: 24 August 2007. All prospective bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. The Government intends to make a Firm-Fixed Price, single award based on Lowest Price technically acceptable. Technical consideration are delivery, installation and layout. Contractor must be registered in the Cent ral Contractor Registration Database (CCR) to be eligible for Department of Defense Contract awards.
