Description: Original plan was for the issuance of a HUB Zone Set-aside solicitation for the completion of leachfield, and associated sewer lines. Issuance of the proper Wyoming State Permits has been delayed. As a result of this delay, and subsequent inpact on completion of the project this fall, this requirement is cancelled and the solicitation will not be issued.
