Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a notice of the Governments intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source (Note 22) contract to Mission Pharmacal for the Urorisk Test and Stone Analysis to perform medica l laboratory tests for the Department of Pathology. This notice is a requirement for Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20307. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their ca pability and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above.
