Description: The US Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service in Pullman, WA has a requirement for a maintenance/service plan which includes parts, emergency service and preventative maintenance for our Waters Micromass Spectrometer (TAP QTOF II 2PM) for one year. RFQ's are not available for this requirement. The USDA intends on negotiating with the only known source Waters Corporation.
