- The Department of Navy, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), St. Inigoes, MD has a requirement to procure a Mobile Command Center (MCC) that is comprised of a Mobile Command Vehicle (MCV) and Mobile Command Trailer (MCT). This vehicle is required to be transportable via a C-17 aircraft. This procurement will be processed as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 336211 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The basis for award of the resultant contract will be on the Best Value to the Government as established by the tradeoff process evaluation approach, cost and non-cost factors considered. It is the Government?s intention to release the request for quote (RFQ) , including any subsequent amendments via the NAVAIR Solicitation Index at: http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations/. The anticipated release date for the RFQ is ESTIMATED to be 20 June 2007.
