Description

1. The 11th Wing, Bolling AFB, DC is seeking information from interested companies to provide a Model 800-HPR Sewer Flusher Truck made by Sewer Equipment of America (or equal) for lease. The truck needs to have a heater compartment, 1 inch hose, a nozzle kit to include 4 inch to 24 inch nozzles, and a 1,500 gallon tank. 2. At this time, no determination has been made as to whether this effort will be a small business set-aside. Therefore, responses by small business contractors will be used to help make a set-aside determination. Please be advised that if any resulting acquisition is conducted as a small business set-aside, each offeror will be required to certify (by completing FAR 52.213-1, Small Business Program Representation) that it is a small business at the time its proposal is submittal for this acquisition. 3. This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. In accordance with FAR 15.202, a response to this notice is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
