- This acquisition is a firm fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract with a 5-year (One-year basic and 4-one year option periods) for repair of the Optoelectrical Control Display applicable to the F-15 aircraft. The Best Estimated Quantity for the basic year for NSN 5980-01-434-5755FX (Part #: DNM-100-103) is 532 EA, Option I: 316 EA, Option II: 412, Option III: 404 and Option IV: 417 EA. The Best Estimated Quantity for the basic year for NSN: 5980-01-375-1573FX (Part #: DNM-100-081) is 22 EA, Option I: 22, Option II: 22, Option III: 22 and Option IV: 22. Noun: Optoelectrical Control Display. DEL: 18 weeks after receipt of repairable assets. This requirement is sole source to Aerospace Display Systems Inc. (Cage: 65907), DBA ADS/Transicoil; 9 Iron Bridge Drive, Collegeville, PA 19426-2042. Authority: 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 03 July 07 with an approximate response date of 02 Aug 07.
