Description

Performance Decision Notice. In accordance with the procedures specified OMB Circular A-76 (revised 29 May 2003), the U.S. Air Force, Mountain Home AFB, has conducted and completed the streamlined competitive sources study for Administrative Switchboard Services at Portland IAP, Oregon. This notice does not constitute a solicitation, and no solicitation will be issued as a result of this competition. The study for 2 FTE providing services for Portland IAP was announced on 11 May 2007. On 8 June 2007 the standard competition form was certified by the Source Selection Authority and the Contracting Officer. As a result of this study, it has been determined that these job functions will remain in-house, performed by the Government?s Most Effective Organization.
